Position: Cards & Collectibles Associate
Location: Carson City
Job Type: Part-time (8-14 hours a week)
Pay: $15/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service by assisting customers with purchases, product questions, and recommendations enthusiastically and professionally.
- Operate cash registers with accuracy; processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Stock, price, and organize store inventory.
- Assist with running TCG tournaments, including signing up players, collecting entry fees, and using tournament websites/software.
- Maintain working knowledge of store inventory and events.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned, including becoming certified judges for tournaments as needed.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with TCGs and anime, specifically buying and pricing cards.
- Customer Service: 3-5 years of proven strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work at both locations (Carson/Sparks)
- Knowledge: Familiarity with major TCGs (Pokemon, One Piece, Magic, Lorcana, etc.) and animes (JJK, DBZ/S, MHA, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Climb using a step stool to reach high-shelved items.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.

- Any availability (we are closed Tuesdays)
