We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the products you order from us, so to be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of product delivery and include your order number or proof of purchase.
Once we have received your request for a refund/return, we will reach out to you within 1-3 business days and discuss how we will proceed with your return. Should your return be accepted, we will send instructions on how to return the product. To receive a full refund, the returned product must be in the same condition you received it (unused or unopen). Refunds will be issued when we receive the returned product. Please note that most banks can take up to 7 days to post refunds to your account.
We will NOT issue refunds for orders canceled after they have shipped.
FINAL SALE ITEMS

ORDERING THE WRONG ITEM(S)
